Greg and Margie Bruner of Dalton announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Megan Marie Bruner to Michael Joseph Nickolai, both of St. Louis, MO. He is the son of Tom and Bebe Nickolai of St. Louis.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of John and Lois Bruner of Belvedere, TN, Patricia and Wayne Smith of Nashville, TN. and the late James Grimes. She is the sister of Andrew Bruner of Athens, GA and the late John Bruner.
Miss Bruner was presented in the 2005 Dalton Cotillion and is a 2004 graduate of Dalton High School. She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in International Business from the University of Georgia in 2008 and a Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2011. She is currently studying for the Missouri Bar.
Mr. Nickolai is the grandson of Doris Beuttenmuller and the late Paul Beuttenmuller of St. Louis and Arlene Nickolai and the late Jack Nickolai of Elizabethtown, KY. He is the brother of John Nickolai, Daniel Nickolai and Annie Cross, all of St. Louis, and Kevin Nickolai of Chicago, IL.
The future groom is a 2003 graduate of St. Louis Priory School in St. Louis and earned a Bachelor’s of Arts degree from Washington University in St. Louis in 2007. He is employed with St. Louis Priory School as an English teacher.
The wedding is scheduled for August 13, 2011 at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church.
