Several area high school sports events scheduled for today have been postponed or canceled due to inclement weather and/or wet field conditions.
Here are the changes:
Baseball
• Coahulla Creek at Christian Heritage has been postponed. No makeup date has been set.
• Dalton will play at Ringgold, but first pitch has been moved back to 6:30 p.m.
• North Murray at Coosa has been postponed. No makeup date has been set.
• Southeast Whitfield at Gordon Central has been postponed. It has been rescheduled as a doubleheader starting at 5:30 p.m. Friday at Southeast.
Soccer
• Although there are no postponements or cancellations, North Murray’s boys and girls are now playing at Ringgold instead of at home.
Tennis
• Northwest Whitfield versus Christian Heritage at Lakeshore Park has been postponed. No makeup date has been set.
• Adairsville at North Murray has been postponed. The match has been rescheduled for 4 p.m. on March 26.
Track and field
• Gilmer at Dalton has been postponed. No makeup date has been set.
• Northwest at Southeast has been canceled.
