• John “Bradshaw” Layfield will be featured on Fox News’ weekly show “Cashin’ In with Terry Keenan” on Saturdays at 10 a.m. Layfield will continue to appear regularly on “Your World with Neil Cavuto” which airs weekdays at 6 p.m.
• WWE’s Saturday Night’s Main Event on NBC this weekend will reunite two legendary announcers. Jim Ross and Jerry “The King” Lawler are calling the show, which was taped prior to Monday night’s “Raw” in Washington, D.C.

The Local Corner: Action continues at TWA. Tonight, a title unification match between the Friday Night Brawl champion and the Unified champ will take place as K.T. Hamill wrestles Damien James Black.
In matches last Friday night: Pee Wee defeated Curtis Compton; Rok-C downed Dino Dupree; J.L. Cool topped Tyler Sutton by disqualification; T.C. Cruz outlasted Billy Jester; Joey Idol and Black fought to a no contest; Jake Murphy defeated Paul Dryver; Idol, Pee Wee and Mikey Watkins defeated Black, Sutton and Dino Dupree.
In matches last Saturday night: Fury and Murphy beat Matt Vice and Silas Quaz; Cool downed Silas Quaz; Hamill and Jester topped Wes Blaze and Corrupt; Sutton and Evan Turner outlasted Mikey Watkins and Nate Diaz Jr.; Pee Wee beat Black.
TWA runs Fridays at 8 p.m. in the TWA Arena off Reed Road in north Whitfield County, about three miles north of the bypass. The Action Zone runs Saturdays at 8 p.m. Tickets are $5 for adults and $3 for kids 6 to 12. Kids under 6 are free. Any military member with proper identification will be admitted free.

Cats hold on to take sub-region boys basketball title

With LaFayette coming to the Cats Den on Tuesday night with the Sub-region 7A-3A regular-season title on the line, Dalton boys basketball coach Mike Duffie faced his worst nightmare — leading scorer Tristen Harrell was suffering from a fever, weak from a sinus infection.
