Tickets are on sale for the July 7 exhibition match between Mexican professional soccer league teams Club America and Pachuca FC at Chattanooga’s Finley Stadium. Kickoff is set for 8 p.m.
Pachuca FC will be coached by legendary Mexican national star Hugo Sanchez in the match promoted by Soccer World Sports.
“This is the highest profile professional soccer event ever to hit Tennessee,” Soccer World Sports owner Mark Weisman said. “We are thrilled and honored to host these amazing and legendary teams from Mexico, and we are confident that the thousands of soccer fans in the Southeast will come out to support what are two of Mexico’s most popular clubs.”

Middleton area’s lone selection for Georgia
Northwest Whitfield High School graduate Brady Middleton, who will play for Berry College, was an All-Region 7-4A selection and The Daily Citizen’s All-Area Baseball Player of the Year this season.
