North Murray and Coahulla Creek softball will have their Region 5-3A tournament games delayed an hour from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m.
The Lady Mountaineers face Gordon Central, while the Lady Colts take on Adairsville. Games are at Jack Maddox Field in Lakeview-Fort Oglethorpe. Winning means the team will play again at 8 p.m. North Murray would face Sonoraville and Coahulla Creek would play LFO.
Losing results in playing Wednesday at 5 p.m. in an elimination game.

Jessica Brown doesn’t pay much attention to statistics.
Maybe she should, because the Northwest Whitfield High School graduate’s junior softball season at Rhodes College, a NCAA Division III school in Memphis, Tenn., was filled with good numbers.
