Christian Heritage School prep basketball players Michael McKinney and Will Patterson were named to the Region 6-A boys all-region squad.
Both seniors, they led the Lions in their first season of Georgia High School Association competition. Christian Heritage finished 8-14 with a loss in the first round of the region tournament. McKinney made The Daily Citizen’s 2011- 2012 All-Area team.
“Will Patterson didn’t even play last season,” Lions coach Anthony Moseley said. “So this is going from not playing to making the all-region team.”
