Here are the notes and news items from the week in pro wrestling: Injured WWE wrestler Ted Dibiase Jr. should return to the ring in the next few weeks.
• Jim Ross has high praise for WWE’s use of Paul Heyman.
“Paul Heyman is the best, antagonist, promo talent in WWE hands down,” Ross wrote on his blog at www.jrsbarbq.com.
• Just a reminder: Chris Jericho returns from his 30-day suspension Monday. Also, Randy Orton returns from his suspension on July 30.
The Local Corner: Action continues at TWA.
TWA Friday Night Brawl runs at 8 p.m. at the TWA Arena off Reed Road in north Whitfield County, about three miles north of the bypass. The TWA Action Zone runs at 8 p.m. on Saturdays. Tickets for all shows are $5 for adults and $3 for ages 6 to 12; senior citizens 60 years and older with proof of age will be admitted for $3. Kids younger than 6 are admitted free. Any military member with proper identification will be admitted free. If it’s your birthday, you will be admitted free.
Action continues at Georgia National Wrestling/Dixie Championship Wrestling. The GNA/DCW road tour this summer includes the following shows: from 6 to 8 p.m. on July 4 at Heritage Point Park; and 7 p.m. on Aug. 30 at Rush Fitness in Dalton for “Rushamania 2.”

Bruins rise as Marist dominates in Class 4A boys tournament
