Area arrests

Dalton Daily Citizen

• Brittney Royale Berkhall, 28, 1318 Witon Drive, No. 25, Dalton, was charged Wednesday by the Dalton Police Department with sale of cocaine and possession of cocaine.

• Lisa Diane Lewis, 43, 464 S. Second Ave., Chatsworth, was charged Wednesday by the Chatsworth Police Department with possession of tools for the commission of a crime and possession of methamphetamine.

• Michael Leon Patton, 39, 1210 County Road 131, Cedar Bluff, Ala., was charged Wednesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with felony theft by receiving stolen motor vehicle in another state; possession with intent to distribute cocaine; sale of or intent to sell marijuana; sale of meth; use of communication facilities in drug transactions; sale or possession of dangerous drugs; manufacture of meth; possession of marijuana; purchase or possession of any controlled substance in schedules 3, 4 or 5; use of firearm by a convicted felon during a crime; and possession of firearm by a convicted felon.

• Deandrea Chambrea Thomas, 27, 1318 Witon Drive, No. 25, Dalton, was charged Wednesday by the Dalton Police Department with sale of cocaine.

• Isidro Tococh-Gualcax, 30, 134 Melissa Lane, No. 7, Cedartown, was placed on hold Wednesday at the Whitfield County jail by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).

• Stephen Jerome Williams, 51, 4619 Brackett Ridge Road, Dalton, was charged Thursday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with possession of marijuana.
