• Ashley Ann Clark, 26, 109 Mary Lane, Dalton, was charged Wednesday by state probation with possession of meth and possession of tools for the commission of crime (violation of the Georgia Controlled Substances Act).
• Jonathan Andrew Clay, 22, 2743 Brown Bridge Road, Dalton, was charged Wednesday by the Chatsworth Police Department with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.
• Jeni Lee Hedge, 30, 1103 Sumach Church Road, Chatsworth, was charged Wednesday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with probation violation, tampering with evidence and burglary.
• Timothy Elton Lyles, 32, 128 Lower Dawnville Road, Dalton, was charged Wednesday by the state Department of Natural Resources with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and a child support violation.
• Danny Leon McClure, 47, 128 Lower Dawnville Road, Dalton, was charged Wednesday by the state Department of Natural Resources with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.
• Ricky Lamar Mitchell, 57, 2918 Old Grade Road, Dalton, was charged Wednesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with sale of or intent to sell marijuana, sale of a schedule 3/4 or 5 drug and use of communication facilities in drug transactions.
• Patricia Kay Patterson, 54, 219 Lakeview Drive, Chatsworth, was charged Wednesday by the Chatsworth Police Department with driving while license is suspended, DUI, a safety belt violation and failure to drive within a single lane.
• Mark Swilling, 27, 3845 Dunnagan Road, Rocky Face, was charged Wednesday by the Dalton Police Department with sale of or intent to sell marijuana, manufacture of marijuana, possession of marijuana and possession of tools for the commission of crime (burglary).
• James Lee Patterson, 46, 417 Maple Grove Road, Dalton, was charged Thursday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with contempt of Superior Court, possession of tools for the commission of crime (burglary) and failure to stop at a stop sign.
• Camilla Rae Urrea, 22, 1175 Old Highway 411, Chatsworth, was charged Thursday by the Dalton Police Department with DUI, speeding and open container violation.
