Area arrests

Dalton Daily Citizen

• Bryan Mitchell Prince, 33, 220 Kingdom Hall Road, Chatsworth, was charged Friday by the Chatsworth Police Department with battery (family violence), false imprisonment and a child support violation.

• Matthew Keith Sawyers, 19, 2638 Utility Road, Rocky Face, was charged Friday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with felony failure to appear and time server (30 days).

• Abraham Avalos, 26, 532B Callahan Road, Dalton, was charged Saturday by the Dalton Police Department with possession of cocaine and possession and use of drug-related objects.

• John Brien Bush, 20, 112 Drivers Lane, Cohutta, was charged Saturday by the Dalton Police Department with DUI-alcohol, improper lane change or usage, failure to maintain lane and furnishing/purchasing/possession of alcohol by a minor.

• Daniel Timothy Crader, 39, 635 Goodhope Road, Dalton, was charged Saturday by the Dalton Police Department with DUI-alcohol and duty upon striking unattended vehicle.

• Rickey Lamar O’Neal Jr., 26, 215 Dogwood Drive, Dalton, was charged Saturday by the Dalton Police Department with DUI-alcohol and failure to maintain lane.

• Brandon Robert Payne, 27, 1612 E. Morris St.-A, Dalton, was charged Saturday by the Dalton Police Department with DUI-alcohol, driving while license is suspended or revoked and failure to maintain lane.

• Fidel Osegueda-Quintaro, 39, 508 Brinetting Place, Dalton, was charged Saturday by the Dalton Police Department with drugs not in original container and possession of a schedule 2 drug.
