• Johnnie Sue Bryan, 45, 3389 Fox Bridge Road, Chatsworth, was charged Thursday by the Georgia State Patrol with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, possession of hydrocodone, expired tag, driving while license suspended or revoked, no insurance and failure to stop for stop sign.
• Thomas Charles Byars, 28, no address given, was charged Thursday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with DUI, too fast for conditions, tag light required, windshield/wiper violation, operating without proper tag and no insurance.
• Ron Harlan Lewallen, 25, 3911 Parker Road, Dalton, was charged Thursday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with burglary.
• Toby Lee McCann, 28, 300 Will Evans Road, Chatsworth, was charged Friday by the Chatsworth Police Department with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, possession of a drug-related object, possession of dangerous drugs, felony theft by taking and tail lights required.
• James Leonard Phillips, 48, 3905 Parker Road, Dalton, was charged Thursday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with felony theft by receiving stolen property.
• Connie Louise Rich, 45, 3015 Dale Singleton Drive, Dalton, was charged Thursday by the Dalton Police Department with DUI, use of license plate to conceal identity of vehicle, open container violation and failure to stop at stop sign.
• Rodney Edward Smith, 25, 4100 Old Federal Road, Apt. 7, Chatsworth, was charged Thursday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with felony theft by shoplifting.
• Sherry Lynn Yingling, 35, 4100 Old Federal Road N., Eton, was charged Thursday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with felony theft by shoplifting.
• Christian Munoz-Nino, 25, 410 Healthgate Drive, Lawrenceville, was charged Friday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with trafficking in methamphetamine.
• Shonda Joan Sieh, 27, 307 Forrest Heights, Calhoun, was charged Friday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with identity theft fraud and financial transaction card fraud.
