Area arrests

Dalton Daily Citizen

• Jesse Raymond Bates III, 27, 505 W. Walnut Ave., Dalton, was charged Friday by the Dalton Police Department with burglary and entering an automobile with intent to commit theft or felony.

• Kathy Louise Bell, 39, 724 Skylark Place 404, Dalton was charged Friday by the Dalton Police Department with possession to distribute cocaine, possession of cocaine, possession of less than one ounce of marijuana and possession of tools for the commission of crime.

• Linda Gayle Compton, 40, 3130 Chattanooga Road, Rocky Face, was charged Friday by the Dalton Police Department with theft by taking.

• Melissa Michelle Farley, 38, 4056 Parker Road, Dalton, was charged Friday by the Dalton Police Department with sale or intent to sell marijuana, possession of marijuana, possession of a Schedule 4 drug and possession of tools for commission of crime.

• Jon Lawrence Findley, 66, 554 Smyrna Circle, Chatsworth, was charged Friday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with possession of less than one ounce of marijuana and failure to appear.

• Corey Adam Glentz, 19, 5795 State Route 94 W., Water Valley, Ky., was charged Friday by the Tunnel Hill Police Department with drugs not in original container, possession of less than one ounce of marijuana and failure to maintain lane.

• Michel Henrie, 65, 33 W. Riley St., Chatsworth, was charged Friday by the Eton Police Department with failure to drive within a single lane and DUI.

• Craig Allen Watkins, 28, 724 Skylark Place 4, Dalton, was charged Friday by the Dalton Police Department with possession to distribute cocaine, possession of cocaine, possession of less than one ounce of marijuana and possession of tools for the commission of a crime.

• Ubaldo Francisco Delacruz, 24, 501 Benton St., Dalton, was charged Saturday by the Dalton Police Department with possession of less than one ounce of marijuana, possession of methamphetamine, probation violation and possession and use of drug-related objects.

• Brian Keith Ensminger Jr., 22, 102 Argyll Circle, Goose Creek, S.C., was charged Saturday by the Dalton Police Department with DUI and failure to maintain lane.

• Shelia Nuelette Ray, 45, 1873 Lake Road, Tunnel Hill, was charged Saturday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with DUI, failure to maintain lane and failure to change address within 60 days.
