Area arrests

Dalton Daily Citizen

• Thomas Larry Burns, 27, 45 Deer Park Road, Chatsworth, was charged Wednesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with aggravated assault.

• Jose Guadalupe, 36, 219 Farris Way, Cleveland, Tenn., was placed on hold Wednesday at the Whitfield County jail by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).

• Anthony Blake Tallent, 23, 521 Mose Dale Drive, Dalton, was charged Wednesday by the Dalton Police Department with DUI, laying drag or reckless conduct with auto and failure to maintain lane.
