Area arrests

Dalton Daily Citizen

• Moises Bornientos, 29, 290 Berry Road, Cedartown, was placed on hold Tuesday at the Whitfield County jail by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).

• Cody Allen Hall, 19, 146 Coho Way, Dalton, was charged Tuesday by the Dalton Police Department with sale of methamphetamine and seat belt violation.

• Harold Dean Millsap, 77, 125 Hazel Drive, Dalton, was charged Tuesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with theft by taking and first degree forgery.

• Ethon Clark Patterson, 22, 3147 S. Dixie Highway, Dalton, was charged Tuesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with simple assault (family violence), stalking, felony second degree criminal damage to property and disorderly conduct.

• Greefus Patterson, 70, 3147 S. Dixie Highway, Dalton, was charged Tuesday by the Georgia State Patrol with DUI, failure to yield, hit and run and driving while license suspended or revoked.

• Alfredo Rodriguez, 36, 11 Hill St., Cedartown, was placed on hold Tuesday at the Whitfield County jail by ICE.

• Juan Reynoso, 33, 321 Fairview Ave., Cedartown, was placed on hold Tuesday at the Whitfield County jail by ICE.

• Derrik Clay Summerour, 18, 668 Wilbanks Road, Chatsworth, was charged Tuesday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with theft by deception and burglary.

• Jeffery Lewis Willis, 32, 3168 Old Crider Road, Rocky Face, was charged Tuesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with terroristic threats and acts, public drunkenness and probation violation.

• Dena Erlene Cooper, 21, 159 Old CCC Camp Road, Eton, was charged Wednesday by the Georgia State Patrol with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.

• Jesse Eugene Hughes, 27, 161 Murray One Place, Chatsworth, was charged Wednesday by the state Department of Natural Resources with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and driving while unlicensed.
