DALTON — • Leeanna Maurnez Campaigne, 19, 4505 Bluffwood Way, Cohutta, was charged Saturday by the Dalton Police Department with theft by shoplifting and possession of drug related items.

• Brian Michael Daviadoff, 19, 750 Holbrook Court, Milton, was charged Saturday by the Chatsworth Police Department with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and possession of a drug-related object.

• Linda Xue Der, 21, 14422 Club Circle, Alpharetta, was charged Saturday by the Chatsworth Police Department with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and possession of a drug-related object.

• Franklin Eugene Ham, 40, 3950 South Dixie Road, Dalton, was charged Saturday by the Georgia State Patrol with DUI, fugitive from justice, failure to yield while turning left and driving while license is suspended or revoked.

• Andrew Morgan Irby, 21, 405 Champions View Drive, Milton, was charged Saturday by the Chatsworth Police Department with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and possession of a drug-related object.

• Heather Leanne Quarles, 25, 165 Quarles Road, Crandall, was charged Saturday by the Chatsworth Police Department with DUI and failure to drive within single lane.

• Benjamin Jack Schwartz, 21, 14422 Club Circle, Milton, was charged Saturday by the Chatsworth Police Department with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and possession of a drug-related object.

• Steven Michael St. Amand, 21, 4969 Abbotts Glen Drive, Acworth, was charged Saturday by the Chatsworth Police Department with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, possession of a drug-related object and speeding.

• Christopher Michael Crump, 27, 356 W. Addis Road, Dalton, was charged Sunday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with felony probation violation.

• Carmon Marie Patterson, 25, 178 Eagles Way, Chatsworth, was charged Sunday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with obstructing a 911 call, battery (family violence) and cruelty to children.

• Jose Perez, 28, unknown address, was charged Sunday by the Dalton Police Department with simple battery, cruelty to children (allow to witness felony/battery) and giving false information to law officer.

• Sidney Lamar Quarles, 47, 178 Eagles Way, Chatsworth, was charged Sunday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with battery (family violence) and cruelty to children.

• Blanco Azucena Torres, 32, 120 LaFayette Road, Dalton, was charged Sunday by the Dalton Police Department with DUI, fleeing/attempting to elude police officer, failure to maintain lane, driving without a valid license and following too closely.

• Duane Edward West, 47, 212 Hudson Way, Dalton, was charged Sunday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with felony probation violation and failure to appear.
