DALTON — • Jimmy Wayne Baker II, 24, 71 E. Deer Trail, Chatsworth, was charged Friday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with burglary.

• Gordon Lewis Callaway, 29, 478 Douthitt Road, Crandall, was charged Friday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with child molestation.

• Chandra Nicole Celis, 30, 410 Coahulla Creek Drive, Dalton, was charged Friday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with theft by deception.

• Jacob Allen Dean Conry, 21, 2220 Chattanooga Road, Dalton, was charged Friday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with aggravated stalking and bondsman off bond.

• Gary Dale Nichols, 46, 340 Springfield Drive, Chatsworth, was charged Friday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with DUI, habitual violator, open container in vehicle, failure to yield right of way, serious injury by vehicle, failure to obey stop sign, improper display of license plate, a child restraint violation and failure to drive within a single lane.

• Maria De Jesus Pacheco-Torres, 34, 18 Fletcher Road, Tunnel Hill, was charged Friday by the Dalton Police Department with cruelty to a child.

• Kamal Umar Webb, 19, 2221 Roadrunner Place 5, Dalton, was charged Friday by the Dalton State College Police Department with DUI drugs, reckless driving and no proof of insurance.

• Ramulfo Cruz, 48, 154 Cowart Way 26, Dalton, was charged Saturday by the Georgia State Patrol with DUI.

• Lennis Doyle Fields, 43, 223 Young Road, Chatsworth, was charged Saturday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with endangering security interest.

• Jamelle Isaiah Hamilton, 23, 1408 Mack St. 6, Dalton, was charged Saturday by the Dalton Police Department with manufacture, sale or possession of a controlled substance, possession of less than one ounce of marijuana, disorderly conduct and willful obstruction of law officers.

• Robert Ashlee Hullender, 23, 86 Weaver Spur, Chatsworth, was charged Saturday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with theft by receiving stolen property.

• Alterez Alonzo Jordan, 27, 516 Chattanooga Ave., Dalton, was charged Saturday by the Dalton Police Department with DUI, failure to maintain lane and possession of less than one ounce of marijuana.

• Shannon Leanna Nicola, 18, 86 Weaver Spur, Chatsworth, was charged Saturday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with theft by receiving stolen property.

• Arturo Silva, 39, 4517 Mitchell Bridge Road, Dalton, was charged Saturday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with theft by deception.
