Area arrests

• Cesar Garcia Aguilar, 34, 126 McHenry Drive, Rome, was placed on hold Tuesday at the Whitfield County jail by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).

• David Earl Caudle, 30, 1886 Red Bud Road, Calhoun, was charged Tuesday by the Dalton Police Department with possession of methamphetamine.

• Samantha Joanne Caudle, 29, 1886 Red Bud Road, Calhoun, was charged Tuesday by the Dalton Police Department with possession of meth.

• Brian Joel Chastain, 31, 945 Townsend Lane, Tunnel Hill, was charged Tuesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with aggravated assault, battery (family violence) and third degree cruelty to a child.

• Adrian Vincent Chronister, 21, 438 Lafayette Road, Rocky Face, was charged Tuesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office for being a fugitive from justice (Hamilton County, Tenn. Sheriff’s Office).

• Justin Curtis Cook, 18, 495 Keener Road, Chatsworth, was charged Tuesday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with statutory rape.

• Blake Edward Duarte, 20, 828 Tilton Church Road, Dalton, was charged Tuesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with entering an auto to commit theft or felony and felony theft by taking.

• Miguel Angel Gonzalez, 17, 1103 N. Third Ave., Chatsworth, was charged Tuesday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.

• Jody Lamar Head, 33, 117 Creekside Drive Calhoun, was charged Tuesday with possession with intent to distribute meth, sale of ecstasy, possession of a schedule 2 drug (two counts), possession of a schedule 4 drug, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony and possession and use of drug-related objects.

• Everett Lamar King, 59, 591-A Ramsey Road, Chatsworth, was charged Tuesday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with felony criminal attempt and criminal trespass.

• Jerry Daniel Maddox, 25, 4103 S. Dixie Highway, Dalton, was charged Tuesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with sale of meth.

• Brian Massengill, 48, 4320 Cleveland Road, Cohutta, was charged Tuesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with DUI and reckless driving.

• Ronald Lee Orear, 43, 176 Bandy Road, Lafayette, was charged Tuesday by the Georgia State Patrol with DUI and windshield/wiper violation.

• Guadalupe Puentes-Chavarria, 17, 133 Princeton Way, Dalton, was charged Tuesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with burglary.

• Christopher Ryan Sundman, 25, 2421 Old Federal Road, Chatsworth, was charged Tuesday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with obstruction of an officer, felony second degree criminal damage to property and theft by shoplifting.

• Michael Allen Thorn, 33, 3864 Old Dixie Highway, Dalton, was charged Tuesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with false imprisonment and obstructing an emergency call.

• Christopher James Gilreath, 24, General Delivery, Dalton, was charged Wednesday by Dalton Municipal Court with failure to appear and by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with felony bail jumping.

• Tiffany Lee Kilpatrick, 29, 44 Night Wind Drive, Chatsworth, was charged Wednesday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with giving false information, littering, habitual violator, open container in vehicle and DUI.
