DALTON — • Robert Stephen Jones, 25, 721 Skylark Place, No. 609, Ellijay, was charged Friday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with felony probation violation.

• Britney Danyelle Reid, 21, 806 Summerhill, Dalton, was charged Friday by the Dalton Police Department with felony false statement.

• Jose Luis Carrasco, 17, 1013 Coogler Road, Dalton, was charged Saturday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.

• Jose Cruz-Mendiola, 18, 1433 Bay Drive, Dalton, was charged Saturday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.

• Nancy Christine Deore, 56, 270 Beaverdale Road, Crandall, was charged Saturday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with felony theft by shoplifting and drugs not in original container.

• Marlon Billy Morris, 47, 234 Liberty Drive, Dalton, was charged Saturday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with felony probation violation.

• Vickie Elaine Roach, 43, 219 Woodlawn Road, Chatsworth, was charged Saturday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with felony theft by shoplifting.

• Ilio Javier Chavez-Vasquez, 27, 3301 Chattanooga Road, Tunnel Hill, was charged Sunday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with DUI and failure to maintain lane.

• Ramon Dejesus Curiel-Figueroa, 27, 104 Dresden Drive, Dalton, was charged Sunday by the Tunnel Hill Police Department with DUI and reckless driving.

• Janet Deloris Franks, 50, 411 Ellis Road, Dalton, was charged Sunday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with terroristic threats and acts.

• Tony Lee King, 35, 181 Old Highway 411, Adairsville, was charged Sunday by the Georgia State Patrol with DUI and speeding.

• Jerome Anthony Logan, 55, 1709 Westside Circle, Rocky Face, was charged Sunday by the Georgia State Patrol with DUI, failure to maintain land and driving while license suspended or revoked.

• Jerry B. Moss, 52, 1905 Haig Mill Lake Road, Dalton, was charged Sunday by the Georgia State Patrol with DUI, open container violation and failure to maintain lane.

• Jose Antonio Ramirez-Barrera, 36, 410 Roberts St., No. 5, Dalton, was charged Sunday by the Dalton Police Department with DUI, driver to exercise due care (phone or radio violation), failure to maintain lane and driving without a valid license.

• Christopher Wayne Smith, 27, 1517 Roosevelt Drive, Dalton, was charged Sunday by the Dalton Police Department with DUI and speeding.

• Billy Lee Talley, 45, 995 Baker Road, Dalton, was charged Sunday by the Dalton Police Department with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, giving false information, possession of methamphetamine and possession of tools for the commission of a crime.

• Pamela Fay West, 36, 296 Cliffmine Road, Chatsworth, was charged Sunday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with DUI and failure to maintain lane.
