Area arrests

Dalton Daily Citizen

• Stephanie Acevedo, 20, 203 Chris Drive, Dalton, was charged Friday by the Georgia State Patrol with DUI, failure to maintain lane and tire violation.  

• Erica Gwen Caudill, 25, 115 Cox Road, No. 7, Dalton, was charged Friday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with possession of a schedule 4 drug.

• Mary Gavins, 31, 810 Jamestown Court, Dalton, was placed on hold Friday at the Whitfield County jail by the Tunnel Hill Police Department (for the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office).

• Aslam Abdullah Kabani, 51, 720 Fuller Glenn Circle, Chattanooga, was placed on hold Friday at the Whitfield County jail by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).

• Joshua Adam Sommerville, (age not given), 5048 Mark Brown Road, Dalton, was charged Friday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with being a fugitive from justice.

• John Adam Sweklo, 35, 1006 Wimbledon Drive, Dalton, was charged Friday by the Georgia State Patrol with DUI and following too closely.

• Leanne Maurnez Campaigne, (no age given), 8008 Highway 225 S., Chatsworth, was charged Saturday by the Georgia State Patrol with driving while license suspended or revoked (second offense), DUI, seat belt violation and possession of xanax.

• Jennifer Nicole Hicks, 24, 2215 Kerr Road, Dalton, was charged Saturday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with DUI and failure to maintain lane.

• Ryan Gregory Hill, 25, 724 W. Tyler St., Dalton, was placed on hold Saturday at the Whitfield County jail by the Dalton Police Department (for the Coweta County Sheriff’s Office).

• Linda Faye Kilgore, (no age given), 54 Torino Drive, Chatsworth, was charged Saturday by the Georgia State Patrol with DUI.

• Daniel E. Shoemake, 57, 522 Lee Jones Drive, Dalton, was charged Saturday by the Dalton Police Department with terroristic threats and acts, disorderly conduct and deposit account fraud.

• Jeremiah Willner, 31, (no address given), was charged Saturday by the Dalton Police Department with DUI and failure to maintain lane.
