Area arrests

• Mayra Jazmin Arredondo, 18, 103 Cessna Drive, Dalton, was charged Sunday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with DUI, too fast for conditions, failure to maintain lane, no license on person and brakes required.

• Daryl Keith Caldwell, 42, 811 Colony Court, Dalton, was charged Sunday by the Dalton Police Department with burglary, possession of cocaine and possession of drug-related objects.

• Roger Garcia, 17, 182 Tommy Drive, Dalton, was charged Sunday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with burglary and entering an auto with intent to commit theft or felony.

• Angela Michelle Jones, 34, 3617-A Winland Drive, Dalton, was charged Sunday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with theft by deception (two counts) and felony theft by taking.

• Jared Charles Miolen, 19, 2739 Ballground Road, Chatsworth, was charged Sunday by the Chatsworth Police Department with probation violation, possession of klonopin and drugs in wrong container.

• David Housworth Justice, 39, 2265 Wilding Lane, No. 5, Dalton, was charged Monday by the Dalton Police Department with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and possession and use of drug-related objects.
