On behalf of the State Bar of Georgia, I am writing to congratulate Scott Minter on his appointment by Conasauga Judicial Circuit District Attorney Bert Poston as the circuit’s new chief assistant district attorney.
The citizens of Murray and Whitfield counties will benefit from Minter’s more than 15 years of experience in prosecuting criminal cases as an assistant district attorney as he takes on additional administrative responsibilities in the office’s operations.
Minter’s acceptance of this promotion demonstrates his continued commitment to public service, which in turn serves to promote the cause of justice, uphold the rule of law and protect the rights of all citizens. We wish him well in his new position of leadership.
Robin Frazer Clark
President, State Bar of Georgia
