Daniel Anthony Harper

Mr. Daniel Anthony Harper, 37, of Dalton, departed this life Saturday, Nov. 28, 2009, at his residence.

Danny was born May 13, 1972, in Whitfield County.

He is survived by his parents, Bobby and Jo Ann Harper of Dalton; son, Rhett Harper of Chatsworth; daughters, Taylor Harper of Chatsworth and Chelsey Harper of Calhoun; grandmother, Edith Harper of Dalton; brother and sister-in-law, Michael and Jennifer Harper of Dalton; aunts and uncles, Angie Chastain of Chatsworth, Larry and Linda Southerland of Calhoun and Scott Southerland and Dale Southerland of Adairsville; niece, Sydney Harper of Dalton.

Services to celebrate the life of Daniel Anthony Harper are Wednesday at 3 p.m. in the Melrose Chapel of Ponders Funeral Home with the Rev. Charles McGraw and the Rev. Reed Johnson officiating.

He will be laid to rest at New Hope Kilgore.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Tuesday from 5 to 9 p.m.
