Bessie Sizemore

Bessie Sizemore, age 73, of Ringgold, died Tuesday, June 30 at her home. She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert S. and Delia Mae Weaver.

She is survived by her husband, Alfred Abraham Sizemore of Ringgold; sons, James, Billy and Benny Sizemore; daughters, Daisy Jones, Betty King, Peggy Sizemore, Judy Carter, Mary Carter, Carol Slaton, Kathleen Wheat, Vickie Gray and Nikki Sizemore; three brothers; five sisters; 30 grandchildren; 55 great-grandchildren; and seven great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were Friday from the chapel of Jones Funeral Home in Tunnel Hill. The Rev. Mike Johnson officiated. Burial was in Anderson Cemetery.

Jones Funeral Home in Tunnel Hill was in charge of funeral arrangements.
