Penny Lee Bishop Bagby

Mrs. Penny Lee Bishop Bagby, 50, of Rocky Face, died Tuesday, June 30, 2009.

She was the daughter of the late C.L. and Lolene Byers Bishop and was preceded in death by her son, Christopher Allen, and father-in-law, Bob Bagby.

Penny is survived by her husband, David Bagby of Rocky Face; sister, Deborah Welch of Rocky Face; son and daughter-in-law, Shea and Sarah Welch of Rocky Face; daughter, Terah Welch of Dalton; grandchildren, Andrew Welch; mother-in-law, Hattie Bagby Morse of Varnell.

Services are Friday at 1 p.m. at North Whitfield Baptist Church with the Rev. Lillard Stringer officiating.

Burial will be in United Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Thursday after 5 p.m.

Love Funeral Home, 1402 N. Thornton Ave., Dalton (across from Hamilton Medical Center), is in charge of arrangements.
