Douglas William Blackwell, 67, of Hixson, Tenn., died Tuesday, July 3, 2012.

He was predeceased by his parents, Thurman and Maggie Blackwell.

Survivors include his children, Tina Blackwell, Leah Blackwell, Scott Blackwell, Jerry Blackwell and Colt Blackwell.

Interment will be Tuesday at 1 p.m. in Cofer Cemetery.
