Anjelica Kiersten Luna

Ms. Anjelica Kiersten Luna, 19, of Dalton, departed this life Tuesday, March 12, 2013, at the T.C. Thompson’s Children’s Hospital in Chattanooga.

Anjelica was born July 27, 1993, in Atlanta. She was preceded in death by grandmother, Lupe Luna; brother, Joshua Luna; and great-grandparents, Guadalupe and Carmen Luna.

She was a member of the Dalton House of Prayer.

She is survived by her parents, Armando and Pilar Luna; brothers, Ruben, Justin, Elijah and Armando Luna Jr., all of Dalton, and Austin Patton of Calhoun; grandparents, Sybil Whitten of Cohutta, Cecil Caldwell of Harlan, Ky., and Jessie Luna of Dalton; and lots of family and friends who loved her very much.  

Services to celebrate the life of Ms. Anjelica Kiersten Luna will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. from the Ponders Melrose Chapel with Dr. Johnny Montgomery officiating.

Interment will follow in the Colonial Hills Memorial Park Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday from 5 to 9 p.m.
