DALTON —

Troy Lee Lewis, 72, of Dalton, passed away Friday, April 13, 2012, at Hamilton Medical Center.

He was preceded in death by his son, Gary Lee Lewis; parents, Clifford and Pearl Lewis.

Survivors include the mother of his children, Carolyn Abercrombie of Dalton; two daughters and sons-in-law, Debbie and Darrell Gladden of Crandall and Kim and Mike Gladden of Chatsworth; sisters and brothers-in-law, Ivanell Maddron, Claudell and J.L. Sneed and Joyce and Gary Langley, all of Dalton, grandchildren, Amber Head, Derek Martin and Cory Gladden; great-grandchild, Kinley Head; nieces and nephews.

A service to celebrate the life of Mr. Lewis will be Sunday at 1:30 p.m. at the Pleasant Grove Chapel of Julian Peeples Funeral Home with Joe Tomblin officiating.

Burial will be in Hopewell Cemetery.  

The family will receive friends at the funeral home today from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m.
