John T. Dooley

John T. Dooley, age 92 of Chatsworth, died Friday, Feb. 3, 2012, at his home.                                                      

He was a United States Army Veteran having served his country in World War II.

He was preceded in death by his previous wife, Virginia Ellis Dooley and granddaughter Jennifer Bagley.

He is survived by his wife, Doris Causby Hooker Dooley; son, Johnathon Dooley; daughters and sons-in-law, Joyce and Billy Townsend, Carol and Ricky Bagley, Vicky and Curtis Love; step-daughters and sons-in-law, Sharon and Ronnie Dotson, Cindy and Jim Harbuck; brother and sister-in-law, Calvin and Edna Dooley; sister, Pauline Hudson; grandchildren, Chris and Lori Townsend, Tim Townsend, Beth Bagley Ogle, Holly Love Phillips and Justin Phillips, Kelsey Love; Jordan Dooley, Jade Dooley and John Dooley;  step-grandchildren, Stephanie and Lane Winkler, Kasie and Bo Barrett, Nikki and Sparky Roberts; great-grandchildren, Nicholas and Chad Townsend, Brandon and Kaila Ogle and Brittany and Kyle Earley, Avery Jordan, Jeb and Judd Phillips, Kinley Winkler and Kaylee Hales, Darya Bryant and Owen Barrett, Deacon and Dawson Roberts; great-great-grandchildren, Haven and Mason Earley; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be at  2 p.m. Sunday from the chapel of Jones Funeral Home of Chatsworth with Rev. Bobby Souther officiating.  Burial will be in Murray Memorial Gardens with full Military Rites.

The family will receive friends today from 4 to 9 p.m.
