Laura Jeanette Sosebee



Ms. Laura Jeanette Sosebee, 65, of Chatsworth passed away on Friday, Dec. 21, 2012, at Murray Medical Center.

Jeanette was a member of Holly Creek Baptist Church and had a passion for ministering to the bereaved.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Marvis Eloise Hight.

Survivors include her sons and daughters-in-law, Jeff and Tina Sosebee of Chatsworth, Scott and Jewel Sosebee of Buford, and Greg and Barbara Sosebee of Gainesville; daughter and son-in-law, Kathy and Greg Nunley of Chatsworth; father and stepmother, John and Bonnie Hight of Dalton; brothers and sisters-in-law, Johnny and Joyce Hight of Chatsworth and Edward and Joanne Towe of Goose Creek, S.C.; sister and brother-in-law, Anne and Garland Ledford of Chatsworth; grandchildren, Will Sosebee, Hannah Sosebee and Kali Nunley; nieces and nephews.

Services for Ms. Sosebee will be at 2 p.m. on Sunday at Holly Creek Baptist Church with the Rev. Danny Cochran, Robert Gillean and Brandon Chastain officiating. Interment will be in the church cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home today from 5 to 9 p.m.

Peeples Funeral Home and Crematory of Chatsworth is in charge of the arrangements.
