Earl Thomas ‘Tom T.’ Hall

Mr. Earl Thomas “Tom T.” Hall, 68, of Dalton, departed this life Friday morning, Feb. 3, 2012, at the local hospital.  

Tom T. was born July 25, 1943, in Walker County, a son of the late Herman and Estelle Campbell Hall.  

Tom T. proudly served his country in the U.S. Army.  He worked many years at Sterchi’s, Heilig-Meyers, Badcock and Cochran Furniture.  

He is survived by his loving wife of 49 years, Carolyn Arnold Hall of the residence; daughter and son-in-law, Pamela and Jeff Piotrowski; grandchildren, Stephanie Piotrowski and Adam Piotrowiski; great-grandchild, Landon Piotrowiski, all of Ringgold; brothers, Charles Hall of LaFayette, Jim Hall and Ralph Hall, both of Tunnel Hill; sisters, Lois Wheat and Lyn Fitzgerald, both of Chatsworth,  Ann Colbert of Ringgold, Janie Hall of Tunnel Hill; two very special nieces, Karen and Lucy; several other nieces and nephews.

Services to celebrate the life of Mr. Earl Thomas “Tom T.” Hall are Monday at 11 a.m. at the Melrose Chapel of Ponders Funeral Home with the Rev. J.R. Holcomb officiating. He will be laid to rest at the West Hill Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5 p.m. until 9 p.m. today and after 9 a.m. Monday until the funeral hour.
