Mildred Duke Dashler



Mrs. Mildred Duke Dashler, 90, of Dalton and formerly of Havre de Grace, Md., passed away Thursday, Aug. 2, 2012.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Samuel H. Dashler and two sons, Samuel Howard Dashler and Joseph Duke Dashler.

She is survived by her two sons and daughter-in-law, James Dashler and John and Dianne Dashler, all of Dalton; daughter Shirley J. Brown of Port St. Lucie, Fla.; nine grandchildren and their spouses, Angie and Jack Boykin of Crandall, Stephanie and Gary Archer of Dacula, Joey and Angie Dashler of Dalton, John and Amanda Dashler of East Ridge, Tenn., Michael and Miwa Dashler of the U.S. Air Force in Korea, Allison and Dominic Llanos of San Antonio, Texas, Jennifer Dashler of Pensacola, Fla., Maureen and Keith Alexander and Courtney Brown, all of Port St. Lucie; 26 great-grandchildren, three great-great-grandchildren and very special friend, Ann Campbell of Tunnel Hill.

A memorial service will be at 1:30 p.m. Sunday from Fellowship Bible Church on Dug Gap Road with Pastor Jim Suddath officiating.
