Charles Glenn Moon

CHATSWORTH — Mr. Charles Glenn Moon, 76, of Chatsworth, died Monday, March 8, 2010, at Regency Park Health Care Center.

Mr. Moon was a member of Smyrna Baptist Church.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Marell Moon; son, Mark Moon; brothers, Robert and Johnny Gordon Moon; and sister, Blanche Jackson.

He is survived by his grandchildren, Joshua Moon and Chandra Moon; daughter-in-law, Wilma Moon; sister Anna Ruth Favor; great-grandchildren, Dylan Moon and Dustin Moon; nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be conducted 3 p.m. Thursday from Smyrna Baptist Church with Rev. Winford Casey and Rev. Bob Bagley officiating. Burial will be in West Hill Cemetery. The body will lie at the church from 2 p.m. until 3 p.m. prior to the funeral service.

The family will receive friends at Jones Funeral Home of Chatsworth from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. today.

Jones Funeral Home of Chatsworth is in charge of funeral arrangements.
