The Rev. Gary Reed McKinney, 59, who loved and faithfully served his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, went home to live with Him eternally on Monday, March 26, 2012.
He was a longtime resident of Cohutta and Ringgold and was in the ministry for more than 35 years. For the past 18 years he had served as associate pastor and dean of students at First Baptist Church of Indian Rocks in Largo, Fla.
A memorial service will be Sunday at 2 p.m. at New Heights Baptist Church, 158 Ooltewah-Ringgold Road, Ringgold.
