Mr. Albert Blackwell Sr., 60 of Resaca, departed this life Sunday, July 1, 2012, at his residence.
Albert was born on March 3, 1952, in Dalton, a son of the late Frank Blackwell Sr. and Lena Belle Smithy.
Albert is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Albert Jr. and Erica Blackwell of Calhoun; four brothers and sister-in-law, Frank Jr. and Johnnie Blackwell of Dalton, Edward Blackwell, George Blackwell and Robert Blackwell, all of Dalton.
Mr. Albert Blackwell will be laid to rest in the Fidele Cemetery today at 10 a.m.
