Frances Starks Flanagan

Mrs. Frances Starks Flanagan, 88, of Dalton, passed away Saturday, June 30, 2012.

She was the daughter of the late Homer and Verna Cole Starks and was preceded in death by her brother, Frank Starks.

She was a member of New Hope Baptist Church in Ellijay.

Frances is survived by her daughter, Brenda Flanagan Brown of Dalton; granddaughter and spouse, Tatum and Clint Hackney of Rocky Face; great-grandson, Mitchell Joyce.

Services will be Tuesday at 4:30 p.m. at New Hope Baptist Church in Ellijay with the Rev. Steve Jones officiating.

Burial will be in the church cemetery.

The family will receive friends at Love Funeral Home Monday from 5 to 7 p.m.

Love Funeral Home, 1402 N. Thornton Ave., Dalton (across from Hamilton Medical Center) is in charge of arrangements.
