Jacob William Parks Jr.

Little Jacob William Parks Jr., of Chatsworth, infant son of Jacob Parks Sr. and Carissa Kitzmiller, departed this life Tuesday morning, June 12, 2012, at the Erlanger Medical Center.

He was with us for one hour and 15 minutes, weighed 2 pounds, 5 ounces and was 14 inches long.

He was preceded in death by his great-grandparents, Jarome Parks, Martha Kay; great uncles, Ed and James Parks; cousin, Jeffert Allan Parks Jr.,

He is also survived by his grandparents, Don and Tina Kitzmiller, Joe and Tammy Parks all of Chatsworth; aunts and uncles, Robert Kitzmiller, Jamie Maulden, Joey Parks, Keshia Parks of Chatsworth; great-grandparents, Mary and Julian Arthur of DeKalb County, Marge and Bob Sullivan of Greensboro, Marvin and Gail Ray, Wanda Parks of Chatsworth; several great-aunts, uncles and cousins.

Services for Little Jacob William Parks Jr. are today at 2 p.m. from the Ponders Melrose Chapel.

Interment will be in the Colonial Hills Memorial Park Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home from today from 1 to 2 p.m.
