Ruth Gwennell Spence

Mrs. Ruth Gwennell Spence, 82, of Gainesville, Fla., and formerly of Dalton died Monday, July 26, 2010, in the North Florida Regional Medical Center following a long illness.

A memorial service was Thursday in the chapel of Williams-Thomas Funeral Home Westarea, 823 N.W. 143rd St.

Graveside services will be Monday at 2 p.m. in Mineral Springs United Methodist Cemetery in Dalton.

Love Funeral Home is in charge of local arrangements.
