HINESVILLE (AP) — A fire has destroyed the home of a Hinesville family.
Authorities said a deputy sheriff saw the blaze Saturday morning and immediately called for help.
The fire department sent six trucks to fight the fire. By the time the fire was contained, the mobile home had been totally destroyed.
The Savannah Morning News reports (http://bit.ly/OrzjvK ) that the occupants were not home when the fire started. The American Red Cross is providing the family with disaster assistance.
