Murray County Family Connection is conducting a survey to better understand the needs and issues of concern to the citizens in Murray County. We believe that through partnership with members of the community we can improve our community.
The data will be used to provide a new shared vision for the children and families in Murray County. The surveys are being sent home in backpacks through the schools and at local churches and various outlets throughout the city, including the Murray County Department of Family and Children Services, United Way partners, Chatsworth-Murray County Chamber of Commerce and its partners, the Salvation Army, Murray County Parks and Recreation Department, Murray Medical Center, many physicians offices, the Chatsworth-Murray County Library and the Charles “Judy” Poag Senior Center.
The survey can also be accessed at www.surveymonkey.com/s/HFY58B9.
All answers provided are voluntary and confidential. Do not write your name on the survey. Completed surveys may be sent to the schools, left in the location where they are completed, dropped off at the Early Learning Center at 1006 Green Road or mailed to Murray County Family Connection, P.O. 1648, Chatsworth, GA 30705.
