• Allen Leon Baggett, 47, 726 Liberty Drive No. 36, Dalton, was charged Friday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with aggravated stalking, criminal trespass, public drunkenness and probation violation.
• Ulysis Garcia-Jacobo, 24, 616 Fifth Ave., Dalton, was charged Friday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with felony theft by receiving stolen property.
• Trecia Debra Ann Howard, 47, 522-H Bond Road, Chatsworth, was charged Friday by the Georgia State Patrol with open container in vehicle and DUI.
• James Donald Lynn Sr., 54, 453 Woods Road, Tunnel Hill, was charged Friday by the Cohutta Police Department with DUI and speeding.
• Maria Salasar-de Los Angeles, 30, 406 Bristol Place No. 28, Dalton, was charged Friday by the Dalton Police Department with second degree forgery, driving without a valid license, windshield/wiper violation and child safety belt violation (two counts).
• Michael Wally Massingill, 46, 1926 Collins Road S.E., Dalton, was charged Saturday by the Dalton Police Department with DUI and driving while license suspended.
• Herberto Meza, 24, 3024 E. Brookhaven Circle, Dalton, was charged Saturday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with sale of methamphetamine, use of communications facility in a drug transaction, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, possession of meth and possession of tools for the commission of a crime.
