• William Eugene Bright, 52, 1092 Beaverdale Road, Dalton, was charged Tuesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with deposit account fraud (two counts).
• Pamala Hyer, 29, 3719 Lower Gordon Springs Road, Rocky Face, was charged Tuesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with interference with custody.
• Anayley Munoz Jaquez, 24, 232 Cherokee Drive, Dalton, was charged Tuesday by the Dalton Police Department with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.
• Thomas Alan Price, 39, 2855 Lake Kathy Road, Tunnel Hill, was charged Tuesday by the Tunnel Hill Police Department with DUI and driving while license suspended or revoked.
• Trevor Brock Turner, 25, 3829 Lake Kathy Road, Tunnel Hill, was charged Tuesday by the Tunnel Hill Police Department with DUI and failure to maintain lane.
• Faye Diana Bajkowski, 48, 1600 Lynnwood Drive N.E., Dalton, was charged Wednesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with simple battery and cruelty to a child.
• Lisa Gail Trammell, 47, 1172 Quail Cove Drive, No. 3, Big Canoe, was charged Wednesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with violation of the Georgia Employment Security Law (attempt to obtain unemployment benefits illegally).
• Ronald Warren Weaver, 68, 4001 Woods Point Road, Rocky Face, was charged Wednesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with driving while license suspended and DUI.
