• Michael Allen Barlow Sr. 58, 3979 Ashley Brook Drive, Resaca, was charged Friday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
• Katherine Denise Brown, 40, 120 Etna Drive, Chatsworth, was charged Friday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with felony probation violation.
• Juan Jose Espitia-Diaz, 29, 262 Cherokee Drive, Dalton, was charged Friday by the Dalton Police Department with second degree forgery, possession of cocaine, possession of firearm/knife during the commission of a felony and giving false name of address.
• Dakota Wade Farris, 19, 1855 Green Drive No. 3, Cleveland, Tenn., was charged Friday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with theft by taking (theft of automobile).
• Fidel Gonzalez, 38, 262 Cherokee Drive, Dalton, was charged Friday by the Dalton Police Department with second degree forgery, trafficking cocaine and possession of tools for the commission of a crime (drugs).
• Crystal Bridgett Hernandez, 25, 730 Bishop Pond Road, Chatsworth, was charged Friday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with theft by taking and first degree forgery.
• John Hernandez, 35, 500 N. Glenwood Ave., Dalton, was charged Friday by the Dalton Police Department with DUI and DUI child endangerment.
• Edward Lee Hill, 21, 2075 Upper Ridge Road, Dalton, was charged Friday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with simple battery (two counts) and theft by shoplifting.
• Juan Gabriel Lobo, 35, 1044 Bearden St., Dalton, was placed on an immigration hold Friday in Whitfield County by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).
• Bruce M. McNeese, 65, 5408 Blair Road, Cohutta, was charged Friday by the Varnell Police Department with criminal trespass, DUI (multiple substances) and open container.
• Wilfredo Enrique Rochin, 18, 122 Revina Drive, Dalton, was charged Friday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with felony probation violation.
• Matthew Keith Sawyers, 17, 2638 Utility Road, Rocky Face, was charged Friday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with aggravated assault and battery.
• Shawn Lloyd Sherill, 18, 273 Hollywood Drive, Dalton, was charged Friday by the Dalton Police Department with entering an automobile with intent to commit theft or felony.
• Robert Lee Tate, 43, 501 Hillcrest Ave., Chattanooga, was charged Friday by the Georgia State Patrol with theft by bringing stolen property into state (two counts), driving while license is suspended or revoked, speeding, open container violation, following too closely and improper lane change or usage.
• Melissa Ann Cochran, 28, 3735 Highway 225 North, Chatsworth, was charged Saturday by the Eton Police Department with DUI and failure to drive within single lane.
• Brittany Nicole Lopeman, 22, 450 McIntire Circle, Chatsworth, was charged Saturday by the Eton Police Department with DUI, failure to drive within single lane and unsafe operation of radio.
• Rafael Munoz, 48, 3027, Old Chattanooga Road, Rocky Face, was charged Saturday by the Dalton Police Department with DUI, driving without a valid license and failure to maintain lane.
• Edgar Ramos-Domingo, 26, 816 McAfee St., Dalton, was charged Saturday by the Dalton Police Department with DUI, duty upon striking unattended vehicle (two counts), failure to stop at a stop sign (two counts) and failure to maintain lane.
• David Zavala, 17, 501 Westline St., Calhoun, was charged Saturday by the Dalton Police Department with first degree forgery, second degree forgery and possession of alcohol by a minor.
