DALTON —
• Ray Eldreth Harper, 55, 562-A Old Praters Mill Road, Dalton, was charged Saturday by the Varnell Police Department with DUI, simple battery (family violence), driving on a suspended license, obstructing an emergency call, failure to maintain lane and reckless driving.
• Aaron Jay Drelinger, 42, 1315 Leaside Lane, Hixon, Tenn., was charged Sunday by the Tunnel Hill Police Department with DUI.
• Albert Pierce, 62, 574 Spring Place-Smyrna Road, Chatsworth, was charged Sunday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with DUI.
• Jose Alfredo Rodriguez, 29, 1426 Liberty Drive, Dalton, was charged Sunday by the Dalton Police Department with DUI, driving without a valid license and a headlight violation.
