• Brenda Lackey Cross, 57, 100 Carter Lane, Pineknot, Ky., was charged Tuesday by the Dalton Police Department with destruction or transfer of property subject to security interest.
• Richard Cross, 18, 1449 Liberty Drive, No. 39, Dalton, was charged Tuesday by the Dalton Police Department with aggravated assault.
• Genaro Rocha Jimenez, 28, 217 Fields Avenue, No. 5, Dalton, was charged Tuesday by the Varnell Police Department with burglary, terroristic threats and acts and criminal trespass of property without permission.
• Antonio Mendez, 27, 622 Oak St., Dalton, was charged Tuesday by the Dalton Police Department with simple battery (family violence) and cruelty to children.
