• Roberto Garcia, 21, 705 Allendale Drive, Dalton, was charged Tuesday by the Dalton Police Department with failure to maintain lane, hit and run, and DUI.
• Christy Ann Greeson, 31, 659 Richardson Road, Dalton, was charged Tuesday by the Dalton Police Department with forgery in the first degree.
• Sofonias Galeico Martinez, 50, 4314 Bass Drive, Dalton, was charged Wednesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with DUI.
• Earnest Kendall McDonald, 47, no address given, was charged Tuesday by the Dalton Police Department with terroristic threats and acts.
• Tommy Allen Mills, 48, 3575 Lower Dug Gap Road, Dalton, was charged Tuesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with aggravated assault and terroristic threats and acts.
• Tisha Neyman, 37, 140 Brian Road, Cleveland, Tenn., was charged Tuesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with theft by conversion.
• Christopher Brandon Platt, 28, 158 Shadow Lane, Dawsonville, Ga., was charged Sunday by the Chatsworth Police Department with DUI.
• Jacob Anthony Quarles, 36, 712 Olivia Drive, Dalton, was charged Tuesday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with failure to appear.
• Jose Luis Rangel, 28, 2307 W. Rosemont Ave., Chicago, was charged Wednesday by the Tunnel Hill Police Department with DUI and driving without a valid license.
• Robert Thorn, Jr., 38, 1086 Will Evans Road, Chatsworth, was charged Saturday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with no insurance, invalid license plate, DUI and failure to drive within a single lane.
