Area arrests for Dec. 21
• Bill Cody Bivens, 26, 1696 Peden Road, Crandall, was charged Saturday by the Georgia State Patrol with DUI and speeding.
• Mark William Coulter, 30, 3795 Old Federal Road S., Chatsworth, was charged Saturday by the Chatsworth Police Department with DUI, DUI endangerment of a child under 14, failure to maintain lane and a brake light violation.
• Burt William Hartman, 42, 2629 Highway 225 S., Chatsworth, was charged Saturday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with aggravated assault (family violence) and a child support arrest order.
• Ramiro Martinez-Ramirez, 34, 1023 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., Dalton, was charged Saturday by the Georgia State Patrol with speeding, DUI, driving without a valid license, following too closely and failure to maintain lane.
• Raleigh Sprowl Jr., 51, 1107 Orman St., Dalton, was charged Saturday by the Dalton Police Department with simple assault, simple battery and terroristic threats and acts.
• Joshua Kyle Welch, 20, 108 Oakland Circle, Chatsworth, was charged Saturday by the Georgia State Patrol with a probation violation and possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.
• Gerardo Cruz-Milpicas, 27, 2731 Old Grade Road, Dalton, was charged Sunday by the Dalton Police Department with DUI, driving without a license, failure to maintain lane and improper lane change.
• Christopher Ryan Scott, 28, 111 Hooker Road, Chatsworth, was charged Sunday by the Chatsworth Police Department with possession of methamphetamine, driving with a revoked tag and a headlight violation.
