• Randall Lamar Fowler, 25, 4520 Densmore Drive, Dawnville, was charged Thursday by the Georgia State Patrol with driving while license suspended and possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.
• Randy Lynn Graham, 41, 115 Sky Dome Road, Sweetwater, Tenn., was charged Thursday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with first degree forgery.
• Anthony Leon Brown, 25, 96 Dewberry Church Road, Chatsworth, was charged Friday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with battery (family violence) and third degree cruelty to children.
• Alexis Martinez, 17, 162 Shawn Lane, Chatsworth, was charged Friday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and driving while unlicensed.
• Gary Brock Powell, 34, 20 Windmill Drive, Chatsworth, was charged Friday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with possession of methamphetamine, driving without a license, duty upon striking fixture, DUI and failure to maintain lane.
• John Tyler Steinbeck, 20, 306 Viewmont Drive, Tunnel Hill, was charged Friday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.

VARNELL — A woman who knows fugitive Adolph Ray “Sonny” Neal — wanted in the deaths of his wife and her grandfather a week ago today — said she shouted, “Oh my God, it’s him!” as she and her husband traveled south on Ga. Highway 201 Wednesday afternoon.
