• Joshua Christian Patterson, 24, 2146 Williams Drive, Dalton, was charged Friday by the Dalton Police Department with aggravated assault and assault on an unborn child.
• John Randall Miller, 50, 786 Crandall Elllijay Road, Chatsworth, was charged Saturday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with aggravated assault, aggressive driving, hit and run, and following too closely.
• Justin Martin Williams, 20, 1816 Lawson Ave., Dalton, was charged Saturday by the Dalton Police Department with failure to dim headlights, possession of Schedule 1 hallucinogen, possession of less than one ounce of marijuana, violations of conditions on limited driving permit and possession of tools for the commission of crime.
