• Johnny Ray Worley, 41, 3011 Cleveland Highway, Dalton, was charged Saturday by the Dalton Police Department with DUI, failure to maintain lane and a motor carrier violation.
• Carlos Eulogio Bojorquez, 19, 109 Ernest Drive, Tunnel Hill, was charged Sunday by the Georgia State Patrol with DUI and speeding.
• Roy Eugene Smith, 36, 1820 Susan Drive, Dalton, was charged Sunday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with aggravated assault, battery (family violence), cruelty to children, two counts of terroristic threats and acts and two counts of false imprisonment.
