• Kenneth Vanburen Adams, 41, 10 Opal Road, Rossville, was charged Thursday by the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office with deposit account fraud (two counts).
• Justin Lamar Chambers, 17, 1220 Brown Bridge Road, Chatsworth, was charged Thursday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with drug possession/manufacturing with intent to distribute, possession of tools for the commission of a crime and possession of a schedule IV drug (klonopin).
• Yagonda Colinque Clark, 32, 1750 Clemmer St., Cleveland, Tenn., was charged Thursday by the Dalton Police Department with theft by shoplifting.
• Taron Dodd, 18, 335 Henderson Ave., Cleveland, Tenn., was charged Thursday by the Dalton Police Department with theft by shoplifting.
• Robert Larry Leslie, 52, 1508 Land Road, Dalton, was charged Thursday by the Dalton Police Department with attempt to commit rape, simple assault, terroristic threats and acts, false imprisonment and public intoxication.
• Crystal Lavone Osborne, 29, 205 Wilbanks Drive, Chatsworth, was charged Thursday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with motor vehicle theft.
• Alan Terry, 19, 1415 Village Oak, Cleveland, Tenn., was charged Thursday by the Dalton Police Department with theft by shoplifting.
• Leslie Ann Winn, 40, 1415 Village Oak, Cleveland, Tenn., was charged Thursday by the Dalton Police Department with theft by shoplifting.
• Markus Alan Giddens, 25, 525 Tilton Road S.E., Dalton, was charged Friday by the Georgia State Patrol with DUI, failure to maintain lane and operating without proper tag.
• Tonya Marie Kools, 26, 820 Cascade Drive, apartment 38-D, Dalton, was charged Friday by the Dalton Police Department with DUI.
• Kayla Lanette Stokes, 22, 2701 Tennga Gregory Road, Crandall, was charged Friday by the Murray County Sheriff’s Office with obstruction of an officer, DUI and failure to drive within a single lane.
